Also Mr. Flores was the creator of a catalytic converters program in the Metropolitan Zone in Mexico called "PIREC", starting in 1999 throuugh a more than 300 muffler shop certified for the local goverment. White Cat Environmental Systems, also is a company certified by the local goverment for sale and install lpg, kits and catalytic converters through a Alternative Fuel Program.
